An exclusive experience through the most emblematic mycological territories of central Spain: mycological forests, monasteries, historic cities, and local mushroom‑based gastronomy. Six days of science, culture, and nature, combining technical visits, culinary experiences, and a unique route that begins in Orihuela del Tremedal (Teruel), continues with visits to Tarazona and the Moncayo Mycological Park, Soria, Segovia, and Ávila, and concludes in Madrid (Airport Terminal 4). An itinerary designed to explore the country’s fungal biodiversity, its sustainable management models, and the cultural heritage that shapes Spain’s mycological identity.
