The Organising Committee strongly encourages all individuals interested in participating in IWEMM12 to complete the pre‑registration process. This step is essential to help the organisation properly size the scientific program, technical activities, field visits, and logistical arrangements, ensuring the highest quality of the event.

Pre‑registration is non‑binding, but it allows the Organising Committee to plan effectively and to provide timely updates regarding the program, abstract submission, accommodation options, and registration fees.

The full registration platform and payment procedures will soon be available directly through the official congress website. Participants will be able to complete their registration and process payments securely once the system is activated.
